ATTRAKT Remembers FIFTY FIFTY's Keena's Birthday Amidst Internal Disputes

Despite the internal disputes within the agency, ATTRAKT, the management company of FIFTY FIFTY(Saena, Aran, Sio, Keena), remembered member Keena's birthday.

On July 9th, ATTRAKT posted a celebratory message on FIFTY FIFTY's official Instagram account, wishing Keena a 'Happy Keena Day.'

Keena, born on July 9, 2002, celebrated her 21st birthday. Even in the midst of the contractual disputes between FIFTY FIFTY and ATTRAKT, it is noteworthy that ATTRAKT demonstrated respect and consideration for their artist.

Meanwhile, the members of FIFTY FIFTY have filed a lawsuit against ATTRAKT regarding their exclusive contract. The law firm representing FIFTY FIFTY, Barun Law, attended the first hearing of the request for provisional injunction to suspend the effectiveness of the exclusive contract on the 5th. They demanded contract termination based on ▲omission and inadequate provision of revenue-related information ▲violation of obligations related to physical and mental health management ▲lack of human and material resources and support capability.

In particular, it has been claimed that FIFTY FIFTY members raised suspicions about StarCrewENT, another company owned by ATTRAKT's CEO, Jeon Hong-jun, entering into a 9 billion won prepayment contract with Interpark and using 6 billion won of it as an album investment, questioning whether it was actually used for FIFTY FIFTY.

FIFTY FIFTY signed a contract with StarCrewENT during their trainee days and later entered into an exclusive contract with ATTRAKT upon their debut.

However, Interpark has stated that the investment was made for Jeon Hong-jun, not FIFTY FIFTY, which undermines the credibility of FIFTY FIFTY's claim.

FIFTY FIFTY, which debuted in November last year, gained attention when their song 'CUPID,' released in February, entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart. However, their activities have been disrupted due to the ongoing disputes.
