The girl group FIFTY FIFTY (Saena, Aran, Sio, Keena) is currently involved in a lawsuit against their agency, ATTRAKT, due to issues with their exclusive contract. S#ARP, a co-ed group that debuted in 1998, gained popularity with numerous hit songs such as "Tell Me Tell Me", "Sweety." However, after four years, in 2002, the group suddenly announced their disbandment.

However, ATTRAKT claims that the alleged breach of settlement obligations was not intentional but a result of a time difference and argues that external forces approached the members and influenced them with false information to encourage contract violations.
