ATTRAKT has released the phone conversation with Warner Music Korea's Executive Director
They claim that The Givers' CEO, An Seong-il, proceeded with the buyout unilaterally
FIFTY FIFTY's agency, ATTRAKT, has released a recorded conversation as evidence of suspicions regarding An Sung-il, the CEO of The Givers, attempting to poach members from the group.

On the 3rd, ATTRAKT, the agency representing FIFTY FIFTY, publicly released a recorded conversation between Jeon Hong-joon, CEO of ATTRAKT, and an executive from Warner Music Korea, known as Mr. A. The recording, dated May 9th, contains a discussion about An Sung-il, the CEO of The Givers, engaging in a buyout process involving FIFTY FIFTY.
Mr. A informed Jeon Hong-joon, "I have something to confirm. We previously offered 20 billion won for a buyout to An Sung-il, the CEO of The Givers."
In response, Jeon Hong-joon asked, "I haven't heard about this. What is a buyout?" Mr. A explained, "No, that label. In general terms, it means acquiring all the members and such." To this, Jeon Hong-joon simply replied, "No."
An official from ATTRAKT claimed regarding the recorded conversation, "An Sung-il, without the approval of Jeon Hong-joon, unilaterally proceeded with the buyout process involving FIFTY FIFTY," and added, "Additional criminal facts related to An Sung-il, CEO of The Givers, have also been confirmed."
Recently, ATTRAKT has claimed the existence of external forces attempting to unlawfully take away FIFTY FIFTY members and pointed to The Givers as the force behind it, along with international distributor Warner Music Korea. They further stated, "We have filed a criminal complaint against An Sung-il and three other individuals from The Givers."
However, FIFTY FIFTY clarified, "The four members made an independent decision without any external interference," while The Givers denied the allegations, stating that "Jeon Hong-joon's claims are baseless."

FIFTY FIFTY made their debut in November of last year with the song "Cupid" and achieved a peak position of 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart after entering at the 100th spot. They also demonstrated their presence on the chart by reaching the 24th position on the latest chart released on the 24th, maintaining their presence on the chart for 13 consecutive weeks.
