Yoga Poses that Bring Hip Relief!
As the weather cools down, more people are looking for new ways to stay active. Among office workers, who often spend long hours sitting, yoga is gaining attention as a great exercise for hip relaxation and posture correction.

Recently, Han Yu-jin from ''ZEROBASEONE'' also recommended two uniquely named yoga poses to fans through a communication platform. He added, "The poses might feel a little embarrassing, but they are really effective."
The poses he introduced are called ''Frog Escaping the Well'' and ''Spinning Cow Head''. Although the names sound playful, they offer real benefits in relieving fatigue and relaxing tight muscles. ''Frog Escaping the Well'' is a modified version of the traditional Frog Pose in yoga, with added spinal wave movements. You start by spreading your knees wide, lowering your upper body with elbows resting on the floor, and then slowly moving your spine up and down, or pushing your body forward as if crawling out.

This pose deeply relaxes the hips and hip joints, promotes blood circulation in the lower body, and helps release tension around the lower back. It's especially suitable for those who sit for extended periods and can also have positive effects on preventing lower back pain. Performing the movements with deep breathing enhances muscle relaxation and even offers a calming, meditative effect.

''Spinning Cow Head'' is an adaptation of the traditional ''Gomukhasana'' (Cow Face Pose) that adds an upper body twisting motion. In this pose, you cross your arms behind your back, clasp your hands together, and gently twist your upper body from side to side.
This movement effectively releases tension in the shoulder joints and upper back, making it particularly beneficial for people who spend long hours working or studying at a desk. The repeated twists help relax the trapezius and shoulder muscles, improve spinal flexibility, and correct hunched postures. It also boosts blood circulation and helps restore concentration, making it a simple yet highly practical stretching routine for the upper body.
