MBC’s The Manager airs epic footage of ZEROBASEONE’s unbelievable eating show.

On April 27, MBC’s The Manager (전지적 참견 시점) aired a segment showing members of ZEROBASEONE indulging in an impressive food feast.

In the episode, members Sung Han-bin, Han Yu-jin, Zhang Hao, and Kim Gyu-vin stepped out of their dorm early in the morning to eat hot pot (huo guo) for brunch. Upon arriving at the restaurant, Zhang Hao confidently led the group to a private room, proudly declaring it as "his regular spot."

As they flipped through the menu, Sung Han-bin suggested, "Since it's just brunch, how about we start light with about 10 servings of meat?"

Kim Gyu-vin quickly countered, "Ten servings definitely won't be enough," while Zhang Hao added, "I also want beef brisket and lamb!"

Despite already having breakfast, the members ended up ordering an enormous amount: five servings of beef brisket, three servings of lamb chops, and three servings of lamb shoulder — for four people.

ZEROBASEONE’s manager explained, "The members are obsessed with meat. Before schedules, they often gather in the dorm and order 4 to 5 kilograms of meat. They absolutely love meat. We even call them 'Carnivore-Base-One.'"

The boys eagerly moved to the sauce station to mix their custom dipping sauces. When their endless plates of meat arrived, the restaurant staff expressed concern, asking if they had over-ordered. Zhang Hao cheekily replied, "Don't worry — we’ll be ordering even more!" shocking the staff.

Their table, now piled high with food, left the show’s panelists in awe.

The members even broke into dances while devouring their hot pot, and added tantan noodles to their feast for good measure. Commentator Lee Young-ja laughed, "Their faces look like they belong in a cute cartoon, but the way they eat is very real."

Kim Gyu-vin, in particular, showed off a quirky eating style, alternating between tantan noodles, meat, and chocolate bread.

As if the feast wasn’t enough, they then introduced more adventurous items — Zhang Hao’s favorites — such as pig brain, duck blood, duck intestines, and frog legs. The panelists were visibly horrified, and even Sung Han-bin asked, "How many special parts are there on this table?!"

Zhang Hao reassured them, "These are just normal dishes where I’m from. In China, people say if you feed pig brain to a baby, they’ll grow up smart." Zhang Hao encouraged the members to try frog legs first. Kim Gyu-vin tasted them and said, "It’s chewy and delicious — somewhere between chicken thigh and grilled fish."

Then came duck intestines, which resembled noodles. Sung Han-bin slurped them up and praised, "Delicious! Tastes like sea cucumber!" Finally, Zhang Hao offered pig brain to Han Yu-jin, joking, "If you eat this, you'll do well on your exams."

After trying all the "special parts," Sung Han-bin summed up: "They don’t taste like how we imagine weird cuts to taste. It’s creamy like milk, with a texture similar to durian. It’s actually delicious." The four members completely finished all their food and left the restaurant, having racked up a bill of 480,000 KRW (approximately $350 USD) for their brunch.
