Woozi’s Ideal Type? Even TWICE’s Sana and Hoshi Were Surprised!

On April 24, a new episode of 'Sana’s Interview' was released on YouTube, featuring SEVENTEEN’s Woozi and Hoshi. While the banter was fun and lighthearted, one moment instantly stood out—Woozi’s unexpected take on his ideal type.

TWICE’s Sana kicked off the segment with an “official question,” asking the two SEVENTEEN members about their ideal types. Hoshi answered first: “Someone with good sense. We need to be able to talk comfortably. That’s about it,” he said, drawing nods of agreement.

Then came Woozi’s turn—and it made everyone pause.

“I don’t care about appearances at all,” he said, surprising both Sana and Hoshi. What truly matters to him is mutual pride in the relationship.

“There’s a saying, ‘Let me be proud.’ I want someone who makes me feel proud, and I want to do the same for them,” he explained. “That kind of mutual thing makes a healthy love.”

Sana leaned in, wide-eyed, visibly impressed by Woozi’s thoughtful answer. Hoshi echoed, “Let me be proud?” clearly taken by the phrase, while Sana tried to repeat it—but adorably stumbled over the pronunciation, sparking laughter all around.

“You’re seriously such a cool person,” Sana told Woozi, genuinely moved. Hoshi joked, “Should we turn this into a song?”

“Maybe I should write one,” Woozi replied with a grin. Sana was all in: “Great idea! If that song comes out, let’s do a SEVENTEEN x TWICE challenge!”

And just like that, a spontaneous collab challenge was born—no managers, no schedules, just vibes. Hoshi added that they should mark SEVENTEEN’s 10th anniversary with the challenge, and also promised to return the favor when TWICE hits their 10-year milestone.

Whether this dream collab actually happens remains to be seen, but one thing’s for sure: fans from both fandoms are already crossing their fingers.
