BTS’s Jin Receives a Mysterious Painting from Kian84—“I Looked Into the Meaning…”

BTS’s Jin expressed his gratitude to webtoon artist and entertainer Kian84 after receiving a unique painting as a gift.

On April 22, Jin shared a photo of the artwork on his personal social media account, writing, “Thank you, CEO Kian84, for the gift.”

The painting, created by Kian84 himself, features a man and a woman rendered in mystical, abstract colors—immediately catching the eye.

Previously, Kian84 explained the concept behind the artwork, titled “The Last Couple.” He shared, “It’s about the law of species survival. The smartest and strongest male and female passed on their genes through generations. But it all ends with these two. They won’t marry or have children. That’s the story.”

Jin, Kian84 and fellow member Ji Ye-eun are currently appearing together on the Netflix variety show 'Kian’s Bizarre B&B' (대환장 기안장), where Kian84 runs a quirky guesthouse on Ulleungdo Island, aiming to create an offbeat and youthful experience for travelers.

Jin’s Solo Tour and Post-Military Comeback

Meanwhile, Jin is making waves globally with the announcement of his highly anticipated first solo tour. The BTS member recently marked a heartfelt return to the stage by sharing a special moment in Seoul with Coldplay, marking his first concert appearance since completing his military service.

On Thursday, April 17, Jin officially unveiled the schedule for his #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, a tour title that proudly incorporates his full name, Kim Seok-jin. The tour will take him to nine cities across the globe, with two-night performances in each location. It will kick off with back-to-back shows at Goyang Auxiliary Stadium in Goyang, South Korea on June 28 and 29, before continuing on to Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Chiba, Japan on July 5 and 6.
