YouTube Stars Breaking Global Barriers!
For the first time ever, a South Korean YouTube channel has reached 100 million subscribers—an unprecedented milestone that’s making waves both at home and abroad.

On April 17, KimPro, the self-proclaimed “most entertaining sibling duo on YouTube,” officially surpassed 100 million subscribers, becoming the most-followed Korean channel on the platform, according to analytics site Noxinfluencer. The channel now holds the #1 subscriber spot in Korea, surpassing even BLACKPINK’s official channel (96.4 million), and ranks 14th globally among all YouTube channels.

“Our Story Is Only Just Beginning”
To celebrate, KimPro posted a heartfelt message and commemorative photo on the channel:
“It’s hard to believe… but our KimPro channel has finally reached 100 million subscribers!!!
To the amazing team who’s been with me on this journey, And to all our subscribers who’ve watched and supported us— Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this dream come true. I truly believe that within this number lies your time, your attention, and your laughter. We’ll continue to repay you with even more fun and even better content.
Our story is only just beginning. Let’s keep going!”
The message captured not only the team’s gratitude but also a sense of community and ambition for the future.
Who Is Behind KimPro?
KimPro was launched by influencer Kim Dong-jun, who creates content alongside his cousin Yoo Baek-hap. Their videos span a variety of genres—mukbang, challenges, and comedy skits—crafted to appeal to a global audience. Since March 2023, the duo has expanded into a four-person team, OK TEAM, with the addition of Yoo Ha-young and Jung Hee-rim.
Their creative chemistry and cross-cultural relatability have made them a favorite not just in Korea but across continents.
A Historic Moment for Korean YouTube
Fans and fellow creators are celebrating KimPro’s rise as a symbol of Korean creator power in the global digital space. With consistent output, universal humor, and a strong connection with fans, they’ve proven that homegrown content can resonate with viewers around the world—100 million of them, to be exact.
