The collaborative track was officially released on April 18.
Global pop sensation TWICE has joined forces with British rock legends Coldplay for a special version of the band’s latest single, We Pray.
According to JYP Entertainment, the collaborative track featuring TWICE’s vocals and newly added Korean lyrics was released on April 18 at midnight (KST) across major music platforms.
“This song carries a powerful message of hope, peace, and overcoming hardship together,” TWICE shared. “It’s especially meaningful for us to sing a Coldplay track in Korean. We hope listeners will feel the warmth and connection through this version.”

From Stage to Studio
TWICE first appeared as the special guest for Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres World Tour concert on April 16 at Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi Province. The group opened the night with a vibrant 45-minute set, delivering a medley of their greatest hits to roaring cheers and full-on crowd sing-alongs—including the iconic “Shy shy shy” part from CHEER UP, which fans chanted in unison.
As a surprise highlight, TWICE then took to the stage alongside Coldplay and Chilean singer-songwriter Elyanna for a joint live performance of We Pray. TWICE added emotional depth to the track by singing newly written Korean lyrics, including poetic lines like:
“Even if you don’t offer a thread of light in the dark,”
“Let it bloom, let it break through alone,”
“When morning finally comes, will we be smiling at the end of the road?”
This marks the first time TWICE has collaborated musically with Coldplay, and fans are hailing it as a major moment in K-pop and global music synergy. The performance not only united artists from different continents but also blended languages and cultural expressions into one powerful message.

TWICE will continue supporting Coldplay as the special guest for all six of their Korea tour stops, with concerts taking place on April 16, 18, 19, 22, 24, and 25. Final round tickets for the Music Of The Spheres World Tour in Korea are available via Interpark.
