After 20 years of friendship and countless hits, Cha Tae-hyun and Zo In-sung are leveling up—not on screen, but behind the scenes.
Actors Cha Tae-hyun and Zo In-sung are embarking on a new chapter—this time as co-founders of their own management agency, Basecamp Company.
On April 18, the longtime friends officially announced the establishment of Basecamp Company, a new venture built on over two decades of trust and camaraderie as senior-junior colleagues and close friends.

The name Basecamp Company reflects their mission: just as climbers need a stable basecamp before taking on a mountain, the company aims to be a solid foundation that supports artists and helps them grow steadily in their careers.
The agency is composed of key staff members who have worked with Cha Tae-hyun and Zo In-sung since their debut days or have been alongside them for over 7–8 years. This deep-rooted bond between the actors and their team represents a rare kind of loyalty in the industry and highlights the character of both stars.
Moving forward, both Cha Tae-hyun and Zo In-sung plan to continue focusing on their acting careers while supporting others behind the scenes. True to their nature, they aim to give back to audiences through meaningful, high-quality projects.
Currently, Cha Tae-hyun appears in the tvN variety show Handsome Guys with BTS Jin, Lee Yi-kyung, Kim Dong-hyun and Oh Sang-uk, while Zo In-sung has recently completed filming for the movies Hope and Humint.
