When it comes to sincerity and accountability, these celebrities earned the public's trust—but one beloved actress beat out even Yoo Jae-suk to take the top spot.
In a recent public survey asking, “Which celebrity do you think would immediately admit and apologize if they made a mistake?”, Korea’s beloved national MC Yoo Jae-suk came in second—but it was actress Park Eun-bin who claimed the unexpected No.1 spot.

The poll, conducted on community portal DC Inside from April 7 to 13, drew 17,015 participants. Park Eun-bin topped the list with 2,856 votes (17%), followed by Yoo Jae-suk with 2,373 votes (14%), and Park Bo-young in third place with 1,591 votes (10%).

Known for her honest image and drama-free personal life, Park Eun-bin has been building a solid career since childhood. Her grounded demeanor and humble interviews have earned her strong public trust. Most recently, she took on a radical transformation in the Disney+ original series Hyperknife, portraying a psychopathic genius surgeon—an intense contrast to her usual calm, warm characters.
In second place, Yoo Jae-suk continues to be one of Korea’s most respected entertainers. He’s well-loved for his humility and sense of responsibility. Whether on variety shows or in real-life moments, Yoo has often been seen apologizing sincerely and taking accountability—even for staff mistakes, such as when he filmed an entire opening alone due to a manager’s error on Hangout With Yoo.

Actress Park Bo-young came in third, thanks to her sweet personality, signature charm, and ongoing charitable work. She’s been praised for her sincerity both on-screen and off, consistently maintaining a “kind-hearted image” through genuine fan communication and dependable performances.
Other names rounding out the top ranks included Park Bo-gum, IVE's Jang Won-young, and IU—all stars known for their polite, thoughtful behavior and cautious public personas. The common thread? A positive, respectful image and a reputation for taking responsibility with grace.
The result reaffirmed Park Eun-bin’s rising status, not just as a versatile actress but as a trusted public figure. Her bold role in Hyperknife as Jung Se-ok, a brilliant yet obsessive character deeply entangled in emotion and madness, pushed her acting range to new limits. Viewers and critics alike have praised her for breaking out of her “gentle” image to deliver a raw, complex performance.

Before the premiere, Park remarked, “Se-ok might be hard to understand, but I hope viewers will connect with her emotions.” After the finale, she shared, “I spent a fiery summer immersed in this character. I hope Hyperknife's eerie and unfamiliar energy resonates with you.”
Now streaming on Disney+, Hyperknife is being hailed as a turning point in Park Eun-bin’s career. She is currently filming her next project, The Wonderfuls, continuing to challenge herself with diverse roles. This recent survey proves that Park’s appeal goes far beyond the screen—she’s earned the public’s trust, both as a performer and as a person.
