Lee Si-an, a model who appeared on Single’s Inferno 4, is making headlines after opening up about undergoing plastic surgery.

On April 4, Lee uploaded a Q&A video to her YouTube channel Final Si-an to celebrate reaching 100,000 subscribers. While answering various fan questions, she responded to one asking if she had plastic surgery, saying, “I did get a nose job,” and revealed she had the procedure done before appearing on Produce 48. She then added, “I also got what you're all thinking about,” but clarified, “But I didn’t do jaw surgery.”
