Unexpected Friendship Stories in Yongtaro.
Model and actor Lee Soo-hyuk recently appeared on the YouTube channel ‘Yongtaro’, hosted by Lee Yong-jin, where he opened up with honest and humorous stories about his close friends G-Dragon and Hoshi from SEVENTEEN.

In the episode released on April 9, Lee Yong-jin asked, “Did you tell your friends you were coming on the show?”—referring to the fact that both G-Dragon and Hoshi had already appeared on Yongtaro. Lee Soo-hyuk laughed and responded, “It all happened so suddenly, I didn’t even get the chance to tell them.”
He then recalled a funny story involving G-Dragon. “I remember this one moment—the writer for Yongtaro called me at, like, 11 PM. The writer was so excited, almost like she’d won the lottery, shouting, ‘G-Dragon is coming on the show!’”

G-Dragon, it turns out, had surprised everyone by personally reaching out to Lee Yong-jin to say he wanted to appear on the show—even before he was officially invited. Lee Yong-jin had previously shared that he was so shocked by the gesture, he handled everything cautiously, afraid the plan might fall through.
Lee Soo-hyuk, who’s also known to be close with Hoshi, jokingly added.

“Hoshi came on the show and started saying weird things about me. I was just lying in bed and suddenly found out my friend G-Dragon’s schedule. Still, I’m glad I finally got to be here too.”
Fans may recall that Hoshi, during his appearance in episode 1 of Yongtaro, hilariously asked, “What do you think Soo-hyuk thinks of me?” The lighthearted tone made for a fun episode—especially since Hoshi has long declared himself a huge fan of G-Dragon.
On that day, Hoshi’s first question to the tarot was, “Will we get to see G-Dragon promoting again soon?”—which caught everyone’s attention. Lee Yong-jin delivered an unexpected answer, surprising the cast and viewers alike.
Driven by sincere fan admiration, Hoshi followed up with a second question. “Do you think I’ll ever get to work with G-Dragon someday?” Lee Yong-jin then pulled tarot cards to predict the possible future between the two.
Meanwhile Lee Soo-hyuk is currently starring in the emotional mystery film ‘Lost’ (Korean title: Paran), which premiered in theaters on April 9. The story follows Yoon Tae-hwa (played by Lee Soo-hyuk), a man whose life is turned upside down by a fateful event, and Mi-ji (played by Ha Yoon-kyung), a woman with whom he shares an unexpected connection. As they confront tangled truths and personal pain, the film explores how their paths cross and how healing begins.
‘Lost’ paints a powerful story of guilt, redemption, and two lives unexpectedly intertwined.
