K-pop Stars Unite for Heartwarming Medical Drama Soundtrack!
Some of Korea’s biggest K-pop stars are coming together for the OST of 'Resident Playbook', the upcoming weekend drama from tvN.

According to tvN on April 8, the OST lineup includes Stray Kids’ Lee Know, Seungmin, and I.N; IVE’s An Yujin; EXO’s D.O. (Do Kyung-soo); aespa’s Winter; TXT; SEVENTEEN’s DK; and (G)I-DLE’s Minnie. All will lend their voices to the soundtrack of 'Resident Playbook', a spin-off of the beloved 'Hospital Playlist' series.
The new drama follows a group of young medical residents at the fictional Yulje Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in Jongno. It tells the coming-of-age story of doctors who dream of becoming wise and skilled professionals someday. The cast includes rising stars Go Youn-jung, Shin Si-a, Kang Yoo-seok, Han Ye-ji, and Jung Joon-won.

Reflecting the youthful theme of the series, the production team shared, “Since the story centers on young adults just beginning their careers, we built an OST lineup entirely from young K-pop idols.”
They also added that the diverse styles and emotions expressed by each artist would enhance the emotional depth of the show.

A newly released poster teases not only the star-studded K-pop lineup, but also a mysterious silhouette of an unannounced vocalist. Fans are buzzing with speculation about who will complete the final piece of this all-star OST puzzle.
Notably, Studio MaumC, which also handled the OST for the original Hospital Playlist series, is returning for this spin-off. Their soundtracks are known for going beyond background music, helping to shape the emotional journey of the characters onscreen.
tvN’s Resident Playbook premieres on April 12 at 9:10 PM KST.
