On April 4, Lee appeared in a Q&A video titled "You’ve Been Waiting, Right?! 100K Q&A” on the YouTube channel 'Choi Jong(Final) Si-an', celebrating her milestone of reaching 100,000 subscribers. The video features Lee candidly answering questions sent in by fans.

When asked, “Did you get plastic surgery?”, she didn’t shy away. With a smile, she confidently said, “Yes, I did!” She explained that before appearing on Produce 101 in 2019, she had a nose job—but emphasized that she hasn’t touched her nose since.

Another viewer commented, “Your face seems different.” Lee responded, “I’ve lost a lot of weight, for one,” and added, “There probably aren't many people whose past photos are floating around the internet as much as mine.” She then casually admitted, “Yes, I got the facial contouring you’re all thinking of,” but clarified, “I didn’t get double jaw surgery.”
