One of her go-to moves is the side crunch, a core-strengthening exercise that targets the external obliques (the side muscles of your abdomen). To do it:

1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

2. Place your hands behind your head or crossed on your chest.

3. Twist your upper body as you bring one knee toward your chest.

4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

This simple move, done consistently, helps tone the waistline and define side abs.

3. Lee Sung-kyung: From Actress to Aladdin Abs

Actress Lee Sung-kyung recently stunned audiences by revealing her six-pack abs in the musical Aladdin, where she wore midriff-baring outfits. She said the role motivated her to focus even more on ab training—especially targeting the transverse abdominis, the deep core muscle that wraps around internal organs.

This muscle can be activated through deep breathing exercises. Inhale slowly, expanding your lower abdomen deeply (not just the belly). Exhale slowly while pulling your stomach inward toward your spine, as if tightening around your organs.

Do this for 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out, repeating about 10 times. This breathing-focused move may look simple, but it can significantly strengthen your core and reduce visceral fat when done regularly.
