On the morning of April 4, just after the Constitutional Court announced its unanimous ruling to remove President Yoon from office, Lee posted a message to his fans via the fan communication platform Bubble, “Ah, it finally feels like spring. Winter was too long.”

Although he did not explicitly mention Yoon or the impeachment, many fans and netizens interpreted the message as a subtle celebration of the president’s removal from office.

Lee continued in a lighthearted tone, saying that “There was a forecast for rain today… but the sky’s totally clear. Since the weather’s nice, everyone go out and have fun. Enjoy your Friday night!”

This isn’t the first time Lee has subtly expressed political views. Previously, he showed support for fans attending pro-impeachment rallies by sharing the Girls’ Generation song “Into the New World”—a song not political in nature but often used symbolically at rallies due to its hopeful title.
