On April 3, the agency issued a statement via G-Dragon’s official fan communication platform, saying, “Groundless false information and malicious posts targeting our artist have been recklessly spreading across online communities and social media.”

The statement emphasized that these actions go beyond simple opinion, stating, “They seriously damage the artist’s reputation and create confusion among fans and the public due to misinformation.” Galaxy Corporation declared that it is treating the issue with serious concern and will respond with firm legal action.

The agency further explained that it is currently monitoring various online platforms and actively collecting evidence, adding, “Reports from fans will also serve as key reference points in our legal response.”

Galaxy Corporation made it clear that there will be no leniency. “We will carefully review all malicious content targeting our artist and take appropriate legal steps. We will respond aggressively to the spread of false information and defamation, with no room for settlement or compromise.”

The company reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the artist’s rights and well-being through thorough monitoring and continued action.

Despite the online controversy, G-Dragon recently proved his unstoppable popularity. On March 29 and 30, he successfully launched the ‘G-Dragon 2025 World Tour [Übermensch] in Korea’ at Goyang Sports Complex — selling out both nights.
