Ultra-luxury Beverly Hills home with 5 bathrooms listed on Airbnb Luxe
BTS member J-Hope’s living situation in Los Angeles has been revealed — and the price tag is jaw-dropping.

On March 28, J-Hope appeared on the MBC variety show I Live Alone, where he opened up about his post-military life and his creative process in LA. “I came to the U.S. with a strong will to capture every bit of inspiration and turn it into music,” he shared.
While working on music in LA, J-Hope has been staying in a lavish mansion located in Beverly Hills. The property includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a home studio, gym, swimming pool, and more — all the makings of a truly luxurious retreat.
The home is listed on Airbnb Luxe, the premium tier of the vacation rental platform. As of May, the nightly rate is $2,378 (about 3.47 million KRW), and with a 30-night minimum stay, the monthly rent comes to over $90,000 (approx. 131 million KRW), including taxes, cleaning, and service fees.

The spotlight is now once again on J-Hope’s impressive wealth. In addition to his LA rental, it’s been reported that he owns four ultra-luxury apartments in Seoul alone, with a combined estimated value of over 27 billion KRW (approximately $20 million USD).
According to real estate insiders, J-Hope purchased a 232.86㎡ (70-pyeong) unit in the high-end Afer Hangang complex in 2020 for around 10 billion KRW. He later acquired a penthouse in the same building for approximately 12 billion KRW — both reportedly paid in full with no loans.
Prior to that, in 2016 he bought a 25-pyeong unit in Seoul’s Trimage complex in Seongsu-dong for 1.3 billion KRW, followed by a 46-pyeong unit in 2018 for 3.7 billion KRW.

Back at the Beverly Hills rental, guests can also enjoy chef-prepared meals three times a day, airport transfers, grocery shopping, and daily cleaning services, making the stay as effortless as it is extravagant.
Airbnb Luxe describes the home as, “An impressive Beverly Hills escape where you can indulge in a laid-back yet luxurious California lifestyle. Stroll along Hollywood Boulevard, explore Laurel Canyon, or enjoy a day in Santa Monica.”
Launched in 2019, Airbnb Luxe is Airbnb’s premium-tier service, born from its acquisition of Luxury Retreats in 2017. All Luxe listings are handpicked based on criteria like top-tier materials and finishes, spacious and well-designed interiors, rare features, premium appliances, group accommodation potential, uniqueness, and location.
