Jennie, often referred to as “Human Chanel,” has been named the face of the luxury house’s latest CHANEL 25 handbag campaign — once again proving her iconic status as a global fashion muse.

In the newly released campaign, Jennie is seen embodying Chanel from head to toe, effortlessly channeling the brand’s signature elegance. The CHANEL 25 handbag, the star of the campaign, reinterprets the house’s iconic codes — quilting, leather-interwoven chains, and multiple pockets — with a fresh, free-spirited vibe.

Available in black leather, denim, and a variety of vibrant hues like pink, silver, yellow, sky blue, and mint, the versatile piece can be styled as a shoulder or tote bag. A signature strap combining metal and leather adds the perfect finishing touch.

Shot by legendary fashion photographer David Sims, the campaign follows Jennie as she moves between the energetic streets of Manhattan and a studio set, all to the beat of Fine Young Cannibals’ classic hit “She Drives Me Crazy.” The video also features a personal reflection from Jennie on what Chanel means to her. “CHANEL 25 is the perfect bag to carry wherever I go!” she proclaims, adding, “Chanel became part of me. I feel comfortable and beautiful and cool whenever I'm in CHANEL.”

Jennie follows fellow global pop icon Dua Lipa, who was previously announced as a face of the CHANEL 25 handbag campaign — solidifying the collection’s star power.

On March 7, she released her highly anticipated first solo full-length album 'Ruby' — her first major solo project since her debut single ‘SOLO’ in 2018. 'Ruby' sold 661,130 copies in its first week, marking the highest first-week sales by any female K-pop soloist in 2024.
