In the video, J-Hope greets viewers warmly before sharing a brief introduction to ''MONA LISA'', describing the mysterious woman behind the painting as “an inspiration.” The clip then seamlessly cuts to the real-life ''Mona Lisa'' by Leonardo da Vinci, one of the most celebrated and valuable masterpieces in the world, displayed inside the Louvre.

Fans around the world were quick to react, calling the collaboration “a masterpiece,” “next-level,” and “a work of art in itself.”

Youtube HYBE LABELS

According to BigHit Music, the unexpected partnership began when the Louvre reached out to J-Hope. After the concept photo for ''MONA LISA'' was posted on BTS’s official accounts on March 18, the museum left a playful comment: “You mean our Mona Lisa?” It didn’t take long for the Louvre to follow J-Hope and BTS on social media, sparking buzz in both fan and art circles. Shortly after, the museum extended a formal invitation to shoot the video onsite.

The song ''MONA LISA'', released on March 21 as a digital single, is a Hip-hop R&B track that likens a captivating person to the enigmatic charm of da Vinci’s masterpiece. Rather than focusing on physical beauty, the lyrics celebrate the uniqueness that stirs hearts — a nod to the painting’s timeless allure.
