Celebrity Chef's Culinary Masterpiece Captivates Son Ye-jin
Actress Son Ye-jin recently paid a visit to the restaurant of chef Ahn Sung-jae, who rose to fame through the Netflix reality show ‘Culinary Class Wars’. Sharing the experience with her fans, Son posted several photos on social media, capturing joyful moments at the venue.

Alongside the images, she wrote, “It was such a happy and meaningful time, full of care and thoughtfulness. The food was absolutely delicious and special. Congratulations to Chef Ahn Sung-jae on this beautiful beginning.”
In one of the photos, Son Ye-jin can be seen smiling brightly while linking arms with Chef Ahn. Other photos featured a variety of dishes served at Mosu Seoul, giving fans a glimpse into the fine dining experience. Fans speculated that the photos might have been taken by Hyun Bin who is Son's husband.

Chef Ahn Sung-jae is a Korean-American who built his career at world-renowned Michelin 3-star restaurants in California, including The French Laundry and Benu. He first opened his restaurant Mosu in San Francisco in 2015, and just a year later, it earned a Michelin star, garnering significant attention.
In 2017, he relocated the restaurant to Seoul, reopening it as Mosu Seoul. Since then, he has firmly established himself as one of the top chefs in the world, earning the prestigious Michelin 3-star designation for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024.

Mosu Seoul is a modern Asian fine dining restaurant known for its innovative reinterpretation of Korean cuisine. It’s especially renowned for its signature desserts, such as yakgwa—a traditional Korean sweet—which the restaurant elevates with a contemporary twist.
Although Mosu Seoul temporarily closed its doors in early 2024 due to the end of its contract with its investment partner, it has recently reopened, much to the delight of food lovers.

The restaurant is located on Itaewon-ro in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and operates on a reservation-only basis. Reservations can only be made through the Catch Table platform—calls or social media messages are not accepted for bookings. However, private event inquiries and other matters can be handled via phone.
Meanwhile, Son Ye-jin is set to return to the screen in the upcoming film ‘ No Other Choice’, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Park Chan-wook. She will star opposite Lee Byung-hun, raising anticipation for their on-screen chemistry.
