A Global K-Pop Goddess' Historic Feat, Night to Remember for Taiwanese Fans
Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon has officially made history as the first foreign artist to perform at Taipei Dome!

On March 16, Taeyeon captivated fans in Taiwan with her 'TAEYEON CONCERT - The TENSE', delivering an unforgettable night at the iconic venue. This milestone places her alongside top Chinese artists Jay Chou and A-Mei, making her the third-ever artist and the first non-Taiwanese singer to hold a concert at Taipei Dome. With all 35,000 seats sold out, including restricted-view sections, her unstoppable ticket power was once again on full display.

The show kicked off with a spectacular opening performance of 'Fabulous', followed by a powerhouse setlist spanning her 10-year solo career. From debut hit 'I' to fan-favorites like 'Why', 'Four Seasons', 'Weekend', 'INVU', and 'To. X', as well as long-awaited tracks like 'Stress', 'Baram X 3', 'Disaster', 'Curtain Call', and 'U R', Taeyeon delivered a breathtaking musical journey for her fans.
The audience, thrilled to welcome her back to Taiwan, held up banners reading "We will always be here for you." Even after the show ended, the crowd chanted her name and called for an encore, filling the dome with roaring cheers.
Expressing her gratitude, Taeyeon said:
"Thank you for always waiting for me and supporting me every time I come to Taiwan. I'm so happy to see you all again, and I truly appreciate you filling up this huge venue. It's amazing that we can gather together and share this moment."
Concert details and updates can be found on Taeyeon’s official social media accounts and her YouTube channel, TAEYEON Official. Recently, she uploaded a video titled ‘Concert Meeting & VCR Shooting Behind’, offering fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the preparations for her concert.
Up next, Taeyeon will continue her Asia tour with a stop in Manila at the MALL OF ASIA ARENA on March 29, keeping the excitement alive!
