He continued, sharing that he had visited the Pilates center his sister runs, saying, “I went when she first opened it. I didn’t have a choice, really. She kept asking me to check if the equipment was legit.” This humorous admission had everyone laughing.

He also joked about worrying that his sister might have been scammed when starting her business. “I was concerned, so I even introduced her to a friend who's been in the industry for 20 years to help with the interior. But I was worried my friend might’ve charged her extra,” he added with a laugh.

When asked if he would ever take Pilates from his sister, Ju Ji-hoon responded, “Just imagining it is horrifying. You have to touch each other, right?” displaying the typical playful dynamics of a real sibling relationship.

Pilates: A Workout Celebrities Love... Surprisingly Intense Despite Its Calm Appearance

Pilates, known for strengthening the core, has become a favorite of many celebrities, including IVE's Jang Wonyoung, Son Ye-jin, and Lee Ji-ah, who often share their workouts on Instagram. Though Pilates movements may appear slow, the full-body engagement makes it a surprisingly challenging workout.

Pilates helps to align the spine and improve posture while reducing neck, shoulder, and back pain. The focus on core muscles (such as the abs, waist, and glutes) makes it particularly effective for enhancing balance and stability, and as the core strengthens, the body becomes more efficient in movement.

It’s also a great way to increase flexibility and reduce fatigue after workouts. Pilates emphasizes breathing, which contributes to stress relief and overall relaxation.
