2026 marks BIGBANG's 20th anniversary.
G-Dragon has always been known for his intense dedication, but during one of his world tours, he worried his manager so much that they repeatedly checked if he was still breathing.
On February 26, G-Dragon appeared as the 18th guest on the YouTube series 'Yong Tarot' by comedian Lee Yong-jin.

During the interview, the BIGBANG leader shared an anecdote from his past tours, revealing how exhaustion once completely took over.

“There was a time during the North American tour when I didn’t eat for three days straight, didn’t even go to the bathroom—I just slept in my hotel room,” he recalled. “Since traveling back to Korea between stops wasn’t practical, I stayed in the hotel. When I finally woke up, I realized way too many days had passed.”

His manager, worried sick, kept checking on him to make sure he was still breathing. G-Dragon added that this moment was actually captured by a documentary crew at the time.
“I don’t eat, drink water, or even go to the bathroom when I sleep,” he said, prompting Lee Yong-jin to joke, “So, do you sleep wearing diapers?”—eliciting laughter.
G-Dragon also opened up about the unpredictable nature of his career, explaining that while his schedule can be grueling, he makes sure to rest whenever possible.

A Comeback, A World Tour, and BIGBANG’s 20th Anniversary?
Looking ahead, G-Dragon confirmed that he will be kicking off his solo world tour with a concert in Goyang, South Korea, at the end of March. Addressing his long-awaited return, he reassured fans, "I know it’s been a while since my comeback, but I won’t be resting for long this time."

Then, in a statement that sent fans into a frenzy, he casually dropped a hint about BIGBANG’s 20th anniversary next year. "It’s coming up, and I don’t know what’s in store yet, but I feel like we should do something," he teased.
With his solo tour, comeback, and potential plans for BIGBANG’s milestone anniversary, one thing is clear—G-Dragon is gearing up for an eventful year ahead.
