Lead actor Kang Ha-neul’s film ‘Streaming’ racks up 500K views on its trailer just 7 days after release
The film Streaming has generated explosive reactions by amassing 500,000 views on its trailer within only 7 days of release. On the 25th, a live report-style teaser was unveiled, showcasing Kang Ha-neul’s daring transformation and the nail-biting pursuit of a serial killer.
Streaming is a thriller that follows “Woosang” (portrayed by Kang Ha-neul), the top-ranked crime channel streamer with the most subscribers, as he discovers clues to an unsolved serial murder case and tracks them in real time during his broadcast. In this film, Kang Ha-neul transforms into the ultimate crime streamer, promising a powerful metamorphosis in his acting.

In the released live report-style footage, “Woosang” is depicted as a crime channel operator enjoying unmatched popularity on the streaming platform “Waege.” He captivates viewers with his eloquent speech, confident demeanor, and striking visuals—complete with unique outfits and tattoos. To maintain his number one ranking, he conducts a joint broadcast with an unknown streamer, “Matilda” (played by Ha Seo-yoon), while pursuing the killer’s trail by reenacting the case live.
Tense moments involving mysterious figures surrounding the murder case have only fueled curiosity about the unpredictable twists awaiting “Woosang.” Even when sudden chase scenes erupt during his clue-hunting, he never stops broadcasting, risking his life in a relentless live pursuit of the culprit. Scenes featuring fatal attacks and him sprinting at full speed heighten the film’s intense atmosphere.
So far, the only cast members announced are Kang Ha-neul and Ha Seo-yoon.
