According to tvN, the drama’s pre-release materials—including content across YouTube, TikTok, Naver TV, Instagram, and Facebook—have amassed over 62.6 million views as of February 16. This figure significantly surpasses the 58.8 million views achieved by last year’s viral hit Lovely Runner (starring Byeon Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon).

The record-breaking numbers place My Dearest Nemesis not only at the top among all Monday-Tuesday dramas since tvN began tracking online buzz (The Uncanny Counter 2) but also at No. 2 overall—including weekend dramas, which traditionally have a broader audience.

Directed by Lee Soo-hyun and written by Kim Soo-yeon, My Dearest Nemesis tells the story of two former online gaming lovers who, after a dramatic fallout, unexpectedly reunite in the workplace. The romance unfolds between Baek Soo-jung (Moon Ga-young), a sharp-tongued team leader known for her “executive killer” reputation, and Ban Joo-yeon (Choi Hyun-wook), a third-generation chaebol hiding his die-hard gamer past. Their fiery chemistry has drawn praise from viewers.

Strong Viewership & Viral Moments

The drama’s ratings have also been promising. The February 17 premiere recorded a 3.5% nationwide rating, while the second episode peaked at 4.4%, securing the No. 1 spot across cable and general programming in its time slot. This continues tvN’s Monday-Tuesday drama dominance following The Queen Who Crowns, marking seven consecutive weeks at No. 1.
