Park Seo-joon vs Park Hyung-sik vs Choi Woo-shik: Which One Did Park Bo-young Choose?

On the morning of the 12th, the production presentation for the Netflix original 'Melo Movie' took place at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square in Jongno-gu, Seoul.

The event was attended by director Oh Chung-hwan, Choi Woo-shik, Park Bo-young, Lee Joon-young, and Jeon So-nee. Melo Movie is a romance about ambiguous youth who want to experience love and achieve their dreams, discovering each other and becoming sources of inspiration, while overcoming their respective traumas. Director Oh Chung-hwan, known for tvN's 'Startup' and 'Hotel Del Luna', collaborated with writer Lee Na-eun, who worked on SBS's 'Our Beloved Summer'.

In the film, Choi Woo-shik plays Ko Gyeom, a popular critic, while Park Bo-young plays Kim Movie, a film director. Park Bo-young, known for her close friendship with Choi Woo-shik's friends Park Seo-joon and Park Hyung-jun, also praised him. Choi Woo-shik commented, "Everyone really liked Park Bo-young. I’ve heard so many great things about her, like how kind and good-hearted she is." He continued, "I understand why now. She took great care of my mental state and supported me a lot on set."

In response, Park Bo-young said, "He’s the only one my age. I realized how great it is to act with someone of the same age while working with Choi Woo-shik. I felt the most comfortable acting with him, so I think we had the best chemistry."

Park Bo-young went on to say, "(Choi Woo-shik) is my laughter button. I want to pull it out when I'm feeling down. He has so many lovable qualities," expressing her affection for him.

Meanwhile, 'Melo Movie' will be released on Netflix on the 14th.
