Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute reveals February’s ad model brand ranking based on big data

Actor Byeon Woo-seok has claimed the top spot in the February 2025 ad model brand reputation rankings.

According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute's analysis, released on February 6, Byeon Woo-seok ranked first in brand big data evaluations.

Koo Chang-hwan, head of the institute, commented, “In the February 2025 ad model brand reputation big data analysis, Byeon Woo-seok emerged as the top-ranked brand. Keywords associated with Byeon Woo-seok’s ad campaigns, such as ‘hardworking,’ ‘sincere,’ and ‘dedicated,’ received high scores.”

He added, “In the analysis of positive versus negative sentiment, Byeon Woo-seok recorded a 92.01% positive ratio, indicating a strong reception among consumers.”

The research was conducted over a one-month period from January 6 to February 6, analyzing 25,457,884 pieces of big data related to ad models. The institute calculated the brand reputation index by aggregating participation, media, communication, and community indices derived from consumer behavior data.

The brand reputation index quantifies the influence of online consumer activity on brand consumption. The analysis evaluates factors such as consumer-brand relationships, positive and negative assessments, media exposure, and public interest and engagement. Additionally, the index incorporates weighted factors from various advertising channels to enhance the precision of the analysis.

In the February 2025 ad model brand reputation rankings, Byeon Woo-seok secured the top position, followed by BLACKPINK in second place and Lim Young-woong in third. Other top-ranking celebrities include Son Heung-min, Yoo Jae-suk, BTS, Kim Soo-hyun, Gong Yoo, IVE, and Cha Eun-woo, who all placed in the top 10.

Further down the list, notable figures such as Faker, SEVENTEEN, Lee Chan-won, Han Ji-min, Lee Jung-jae, Shin Dong-yup, Jun Hyun-moo, aespa, LE SSERAFIM, Lee Byung-hun, Hyun Bin, Young Tak, Baek Jong-won, Kim Hye-soo, Kim Yuna, Ma Dong-seok, Kim Jong-kook, BIBI, Kang Ho-dong, and Son Suk-ku ranked within the top 30.

Meanwhile, Byeon Woo-seok’s value as a brand continues to rise, as he remains active in various ad campaigns. His genuine and hardworking image is seen as a key factor positively influencing consumer perception.
