The teaser video featured footage from their previous ‘BORN PINK’ tour, highlighting massive stadiums bathed in the iconic pink glow of their lightsticks and showcasing the powerful aura of the four members.

This announcement comes 1 year and 5 months after BLACKPINK wrapped up their highly successful 2022-2023 ‘BORN PINK’ tour.

YG Entertainment revealed, “To support BLACKPINK’s extensive group activities this year, we’ve established a dedicated project team. 2025 will be a year filled with large-scale projects that befit their global status.”

BLACKPINK Sets the Stage for Another Historic Year

Specific tour dates and locations have yet to be announced, but expectations are sky-high following their record-breaking ‘BORN PINK’ tour, which drew approximately 1.8 million attendees across 66 shows in 34 cities over the span of a year.

In 2023, BLACKPINK also made headlines as the first Asian artists to headline the prestigious Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Their performance was widely praised by U.S. media outlets, including CNN, which spotlighted the group in its ‘Look of the Week’ column.

CNN’s feature highlighted BLACKPINK’s performance in traditional Korean hanbok, describing it as a moment that would “go down in history.” The report also noted how the group paid tribute to Korean heritage in front of over 125,000 attendees.

This achievement breaks Rosé’s own record for the highest rank ever reached by a female K-pop artist on the chart, surpassing her previous peak at No. 5.

With BLACKPINK poised for another massive world tour and individual members achieving milestones, 2025 is shaping up to be another history-making year for the group and their fans.
