Breaking News Announced by GD on the 6th.
G-DRAGON (Kwon Ji-yong), leader of BIGBANG, has set the global music scene ablaze with the announcement of his third world tour after 88 months.
On February 6, the K-pop icon unveiled a teaser poster for the 2025 World Tour on his official Instagram.

The poster, featuring G-DRAGON’s striking silhouette and powerful aura, teases the tour’s name: ‘Übermensch’, the same title as his upcoming third full-length album, which will be released on February 25. The eye-catching “Ü” font, shaped like a human figure, is creatively embedded within the phrase ‘2025 WORLD TOÜR’, sparking curiosity about the concept.
This world tour marks G-DRAGON’s long-awaited return to the stage since his 2017 ‘WORLD TOUR ACT III: M.O.T.T.E’, which spanned four months and 36 shows, drawing an audience of 654,000 people—setting the record for the largest world tour by a K-pop solo artist. With this new tour, fans are eager to see if he can once again rewrite K-pop history.
The tour will showcase live performances of his recent chart-topping pre-release tracks ‘POWER’ and ‘HOME SWEET HOME’, along with G-DRAGON’s signature jaw-dropping stage designs and legendary showmanship. Fans can expect an unforgettable experience filled with his distinctive identity, stylish creativity, and mainstream appeal.

This announcement comes just after news of his third full-length album, ‘Übermensch’, releasing 11 years and 5 months after his last. With back-to-back announcements of a new album, a world tour, and variety show appearances, G-DRAGON is set to dominate 2025 with a year full of explosive activities. Fans worldwide are already gearing up for what promises to be a historic year in his career.
