Netflix’s Latest Hit Sweeps to No. 1, ‘Love Scout’ comes in at No. 2, while ‘Squid Game 2’ secures No. 3.
Netflix’s new original series, Single’s Inferno 4, has taken the No. 1 spot on the platform’s “Today’s Top 10 in South Korea” just one day after its release, surpassing popular dramas like Love Scout and Squid Game 2.
According to Netflix’s rankings for January 15, the top 10 series include:

1st: Single’s Inferno 4
Returning for its fourth season, Single’s Inferno is a dating reality show set on a remote island called “Inferno,” where participants can only leave as a couple. This season introduces more intense competition, including a newly added poolside physical game, promising a fresh take on the show’s trademark drama.
Producers Kim Jae-won, Kim Jung-hyun, and Park Soo-ji hinted at explosive moments this season. “The cast is hotter and more captivating than ever,” they said, teasing an unprecedentedly shocking ending to Episode 4.
The cast lineup features standout individuals, including model and actor Kim Tae-hwan, accountant Guk Dong-ho, bakery owner Kim Jung-soo, and UDT veteran and artist Yuk Jun-seo, known for his appearance on Steel Troops. Yuk Jun-seo’s connection to co-host Dex, his former comrade, has sparked additional interest.
The female cast is equally impressive, with former Idol School and Produce 48 contestant Lee Si-an, dancer and model Jung Yoo-jin (dubbed “Ewha University’s Seolhyun”), and other notable figures like Miss Korea contestants Kim Hye-jin and Kim Ah-rin.
The MC lineup includes Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Kyuhyun, Hanhae, and Dex, who reportedly couldn’t contain their reactions to the intense chemistry and bold moves of the cast. Hanhae even commented, “Isn’t this moving too fast?” hinting at the rapid formation of couples.
With its first four episodes already available, Single’s Inferno 4 has set the stage for heightened emotions and daring romances, cementing its place as the ultimate high-stakes dating reality series.
