Newlywed Couple Lee Seung-gi & Lee Da-in Move Into Hannam-dong House as This EXO Member’s New Neighbor

Singer Lee Seung-gi (37) and actress Lee Da-in (32), who tied the knot last year, have moved into the prestigious UN Village in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, a renowned high-end residential area in Seoul.

According to reports by Edaily on January 6, Lee Seung-gi signed a lease for a 255㎡ duplex unit on the second floor of the luxury residence "LANUVO Hannam" for ₩10.5 billion last August. The lease is set to run until August next year.

This transaction reportedly marked the highest rental price in Korea’s real estate market last year.

It is presumed that the couple relocated their newlywed home from Lee Seung-gi’s previous residence, a luxury apartment in Samseong-dong, Gangnam. After marrying in 2023, the couple initially lived in Lee’s Samseong-dong apartment and welcomed their first child, a daughter, in February of the same year.

Completed in 2022, LANUVO Hannam is a high-end villa featuring duplex structures and breathtaking views of the Han River. With only four units spread across two underground levels and four above-ground floors, the complex boasts 24-hour security and advanced CCTV systems, ensuring maximum privacy. The property gained attention in 2023 when EXO’s Baekhyun moved in.

The unit Lee Seung-gi leased is currently valued at ₩22 billion for sale.

In addition to his Hannam-dong residence, Lee Seung-gi also owns a luxury standalone house in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul. The property spans approximately 1,000㎡ of land with a total floor area of 1,200㎡ over two floors. Lee purchased the house in late 2021 for ₩5.635 billion and reportedly financed the purchase with a loan secured by his Samseong-dong apartment.

Meanwhile, Lee Seung-gi recently appeared in the film About Family, which premiered last month.
