On January 2, Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association announced that BTS member J-Hope donated ₩100 million KSD( approximately $67,981 USD) to assist the families impacted by the South Korea Plane Jeju Air Crash. The organization shared that J-Hope intended to provide comfort and support to those who suffered losses due to the tragic incident.
Explaining his decision, J-Hope stated, "After hearing the news of the accident, I wanted to offer some help to the bereaved families in need. My deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy go out to everyone affected by this tragedy."
