"We met..." Moon Gabi Sets the Record Straight on Relationship with Jung Woo-sung and their Son

Model Moon Gabi has directly addressed rumors surrounding her relationship with actor Jung Woo-sung and her son, born in March this year.

On the 28th, Moon shared a lengthy post on her social media, clarifying the controversies and emphasizing her love and responsibility toward her child. Moon Gabi began by stating, "Amid numerous articles involving Jung Woo-sung and myself, false reports and unverified information are being spread indiscriminately. I believe the one most hurt by this is my child, which is why I’ve decided to share my perspective for the first time."

Regarding her relationship with Jung Woo-sung, she revealed, "We first met at a gathering in 2022 and developed a good relationship. Our connection lasted until the end of 2023, but since January 2024, I have not met the child’s father even once."

She also clarified misunderstandings, saying, "I have never demanded marriage or anything else because of my pregnancy."

On the subject of meeting her child, Moon explained, "The decision to welcome this child came naturally and healthily during my relationship with Jung Woo-sung. It was a choice we made together as parents." She expressed her devotion to her child, saying, "I’ve resolved to dedicate the rest of my life to this child, and that decision has become the greatest gift for me."

Moon firmly dismissed negative perceptions, stating, "As a mother, my inexperience and lack of preparation are shortcomings, not mistakes or wrongdoings. This child is neither a mistake nor the result of one."

Previously, Jung Woo-sung’s agency, Artist Company, acknowledged that the child is his and stated, "Jung Woo-sung will take full responsibility for the child and is currently discussing the best way to approach co-parenting."
