'Single's Inferno' is a bold and honest dating reality show set on a remote island called 'Hell Island', where contestants can only leave if they become a couple. Starting with its first season in 2021, it has become one of Netflix's signature variety shows, capturing the attention of global audiences every year.

Season 1 achieved an incredible milestone by entering the global TOP 10 TV Shows (Non-English) category, making it the first Korean variety program to do so.

Season 2 also made waves by staying in the same category for 4 consecutive weeks, recording a cumulative viewing time of 65.08 million hours. Season 3, with its groundbreaking rules and unexpected relationships, sparked a passionate response and dominated the global TOP 10 TV Shows (Non-English) category for 5 weeks, ranking in the TOP 10 list in 31 countries.

In particular, each season has produced stars like Song Ji-a, Cha Hyun-seung, Dex (Kim Jin-young), Shin Seul-ki, Lee Gwan-hee, Yoon Ha-jeong, and Choi Hye-seon, creating a sensational level of popularity.

With the highly anticipated fourth season of 'Single's Inferno' being the first for a Netflix Korean variety series, expectations and excitement are higher than ever.

The director of Single's Inferno, Kim Jae-won, shared his gratitude for the show's success, saying, “I’m grateful to have made it to the fourth season. I sincerely thank all the viewers who continue to support us with each new season.” He added, “Now that we’ve made it to season 4, we’re aiming for season 10 and hoping to become the longest-running dating show in Korea.”

As excitement builds for the new season, the newly released teaser poster heightens anticipation for what promises to be an unpredictable and high-intensity dating reality show. The accompanying teaser trailer raises dopamine levels even higher, giving fans a glimpse of the fierce competition to secure a ticket to paradise.

The tagline "Love is a cruel game of survival" sets the tone for a season filled with intense match-ups. Notably, this season introduces a fresh twist with the casting of new, exciting, and attractive participants. For the first time, Single's Inferno has adopted "street casting" instead of relying on social media, a method it has previously used to recruit contestants.

Kim Jae-won explained, "Honestly, we tend to focus a lot on visuals compared to other dating programs." He elaborated, “We search social media to find candidates, and we select those whose appearance in real life matches what we saw online. Most people look different in person.”

He continued, “This season, we’ve really focused on visuals during casting. If we saw someone interesting on the street, we’d ask for their number.” He also shared an interesting story: “It was fun when a participant that the writer team had approached in the morning was the same person the PD team met in the afternoon, and that person ended up joining the show.”

With this, Kim Jae-won confidently expressed, "I’m glad we took to the streets for casting," leaving fans eager to see what new and captivating contestants will appear in the upcoming season.
