Big Bang's leader, G-Dragon (36), is set to appear at the 'SBS Gayo Daejeon'.

According to the popular culture media outlet IZE on the 11th, G-Dragon will take the stage at the 2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon (hereafter referred to as Gayo Daejeon), which will be held on the 25th at the Inspire Arena in Yeongjongdo, Incheon.

This marks G-Dragon's first appearance at the Gayo Daejeon in 8 years, since 2016, and it is his second music award ceremony this year following his performance at the 2024 MAMA AWARDS (MAMA).

In October, G-Dragon made a comeback with the single "POWER" after 7 years, and last month, he released a new song titled HOME SWEET HOME featuring Big Bang members Taeyang and Daesung, resuming his solo activities.

HOME SWEET HOME quickly claimed the top spot on various music streaming charts, showcasing G-Dragon's unshakable influence as the 'K-pop King'.

For his comeback stage after 7 years, G-Dragon chose the MAMA held in Osaka, Japan on the 23rd of last month, where he not only performed his solo stage but also delivered an outstanding performance with Taeyang and Daesung, garnering massive attention. The video of G-Dragon's MAMA performance reached 10 million views within a day of its release, receiving explosive responses from K-pop fans.
