BLACKPINK has secured the top spot in this month’s girl group brand reputation rankings. According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, which announced its findings on December 8(KST), the rankings were determined based on comprehensive analysis. BLACKPINK claimed first place, followed by aespa in second and IVE in third.

The institute analyzed 61.95 million pieces of brand big data collected from November 8 to December 8. This data reflects the digital behaviors of domestic consumers, providing insight into the most beloved girl group brands in South Korea.

The girl group brand reputation index is calculated through an algorithm that evaluates consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community engagement. This month’s top 30 rankings are as follows: BLACKPINK, aespa, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, TWICE, Red Velvet, (G)I-DLE, ILLIT, Oh My Girl, FIFTY FIFTY, NMIXX, BABYMONSTER, ITZY, STAYC, Girls’ Generation, MAMAMOO, IZ*ONE, tripleS, H1-KEY, MEOVV, Kep1er, Apink, KISS OF LIFE, Cignature, WJSN (Cosmic Girls), VIVIZ, Dreamcatcher, Girl’s Day, Say My Name, and KATSEYE.

This analysis highlights the diverse preferences of Korean consumers and the growing popularity of both established and emerging girl groups in the K-pop industry.
